The Fisheee.com Rewards Program is offered solely for use on and through the Fisheee.com Website and or its Mobile Application for individually registered Fisheee.com site members.

Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these rules and regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Fisheee.com Rewards Program rules" or "rules"), "you," "your," and " Site Member," or "Member" means you as a Member of the Fisheee.com Rewards Program, the term "Account" refers to your Fisheee.com Rewards Program membership account, and the term "Reward Points" refers to the Reward Points you earn in the Fisheee.com Rewards Program. Fisheee.com reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or change, with 30 days notice, the rules of the Program, including but not limited to changing the Reward Point levels, changing the terms for use of Reward Points at any time, and modifying or terminating the entire Rewards Program. Members do not acquire property rights in accrued Reward Points. By enrolling as a site member of the Fisheee.com Website and or its Mobile Applications Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these rules and regulations.

 Membership Rules

• Site Members must be a minimum of 18 years of age at the time of enrollment in the Fisheee.com Rewards Program.

• Membership in the Fisheee.com Rewards Program will be granted automatically through the creation of a Fisheee.com customer site membership account using the Fisheee.com Website and or its Mobile Application.

• The Fisheee.com Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply to all members in the Fisheee.com Rewards Program.

• Membership in the Fisheee.com Rewards Program is (with no exception) strictly for individuals only. Individuals must enroll separately and may not pool or combine earned Fisheee.com Reward Points with other Fisheee.com Rewards Program Members.

• Membership is limited to one single Fisheee.com Rewards Program account per person.

• A new Member must correctly and honestly provide all the information necessary to open a Fisheee.com site membership account, including his or her legal name, billing address, phone number, and e-mail address.

• All Fisheee.com Rewards Point Account-specific information will be sent by Fisheee.com via e-mail to the primary e-mail address in the Member's Fisheee.com site membership account.

• Fisheee.com Rewards Program Members are solely responsible for keeping their Fisheee.com site member account page up to date immediately of any changes of email or physical address.

• All newly opened Fisheee.com Site Members accounts are initially active for a 12-month period.

• All Fisheee.com Rewards Point Program Member accounts will remain active as long as the Member earns points at least once in any 12-month period. The Member's account expiration date will be extended 12 months from the date of the last earned Reward Point. If a Fisheee.com Rewards Program Member fails to earn a Fisheee.com Reward Point in a 12-month period, the Member's account will become inactive, and all Reward Points will be forfeited at that time.

• Fisheee.com reserves the right to cancel the membership of any Member with no Fisheee.com Reward Points in the Member's account and or who has earned no Fisheee.com Reward Points for any 12 consecutive month period.

• Fisheee.com Reward Points may not be sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered.

• Rewards have no cash value and are void if sold, purchased, brokered, or bartered.

• All transactions in the Fisheee.com Rewards Program are subject to review and adjustment by Fisheee.com at any time.

• Fisheee.com reserves the right to cancel any Site Member's account, Rewards earned, and or any purchase if misuse or violation of the Fisheee.com Rewards Program rules is suspected.

 

 Earning of Program Rewards Points​

• Only products purchased using the Fisheee.com Website or its Mobile Application are part of this program and may earn Fisheee.com Reward Points.

• To earn Fisheee.com Reward Points correctly for each purchase, Members must complete their purchase using their Fisheee.com Site Member account information.

• A Member can earn Fisheee.com Reward Points equivalent to a value equal to 5% (five percent) of any qualifying product's paid purchase price through the Fisheee.com Website and or it's Mobile Application. 

• Fisheee.com Reward Points are issued at a product purchase price rate, being $1.00 spent = (1) Fisheee.com Reward Point.

• For example, a purchase of $20.00 in qualifying goods, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes, would earn a member 20 Reward Points.​

• Reward Points can only be earned by the person whose name appears as the logged-in site member's Reward Point account holder, making the actual purchase.

• Reward Points may not be transferred from one Fisheee.com Member's account to another, or to a Member's estate, or as part of a settlement.

• Members agree to receive emails regarding the Fisheee.com Rewards Program and the status of their Reward Points Balance.

• Reward Points are earned when deposited into the Member's account, which generally will occur within 5 days after a purchase has been made.

• If Fisheee.com Reward Points have been credited to a Reward Point Program Member for the purchase of a product which is later returned, the Reward Points associated with that product will be canceled and deleted from the Member's Fisheee.com Reward Point account.

• All Replacement items, Reships, and Credits on File will always be excluded from earning Fisheee.com Reward Points.

 

 Redeeming Program Rewards​

• Fisheee.com Reward Points can be only redeemed for the purchase of any Fisheee.com products, as well as shipping, handling, and taxes associated with the actual purchase by using the Fisheee.com Website and or its Mobile Application.

• Each bundle of 20 Fisheee.com Rewards Program Points may be redeemed for $1.00 in value which is redeemable through the Fisheee.com Website and or its Mobile Application towards purchases of products, shipping, handling, and or taxes.

• Site Members can use their Fisheee.com Reward Points to pay for all or part of an order. Members will be offered the option at check-out to apply Reward Points towards a purchase.

• The portion of any purchase which is paid for using Fisheee.com Reward Points is not eligible for granting additional Fisheee.com Rewards Points. Where a Member pays for an order with both Reward Points and legal currency, the Member will accumulate additional Reward Points only on the portion of the purchase made with an international bank accepted legal form of currency.
