All items purchased from and through the Fisheee.com Website and or its Mobile Application are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you the customer upon Fisheee.com's delivery to the transport carrier.
Please Note:
All shipping charges and associated fees are always 100% Non-Refundable as part of all Fisheee.com Returns Policies.
Aquatic Life Returns Policy
At Fisheee.com, the health and well-being of all the live species we offer to our customers is our primary concern. Because of the complex procedures involved in properly packaging and shipping aquatic life. Fisheee.com Does Not and Will Not accept the return of any aquatic livestock items under any circumstances.

Make all your livestock selections carefully.
Aquatic Live Stock Live Arrival Guarantee
To qualify for the Fisheee.com (livestock dead on arrival replacement guarantee) and to ensure optimal, responsible care of your aquatic life order, you must be available to sign for your package at the first delivery attempt.
Please Note:
Refusal to accept an order or delivery will void any guarantee immediately.
Important!
You must always follow the Fisheee.com acclimation procedure documentation included in the box, even if your new arrival appears to be dead.
To take advantage of our guarantee, follow the steps outlined below within the Fishee.com Live Arrival Guarantee timeframe.

If your aquatic life does not arrive alive at delivery, please contact us here within the same day of delivery to best qualify for your Live Arrival Guarantee claim.

Attach a digital photo of the loss. The specimen(s) should be photographed clearly in the shipping bag and on a white background.

Include a digital photo of the packing slip received with your shipment.

Clearly, layout to show the number of deceased specimens you are claiming.

You must preserve the deceased specimen(s) by sprinkling a teaspoon of salt over it/them, placing it/them in a plastic bag, and then freezing it whilst your claim is being processed.
This is done in the event we would ask for the return of your specimen to clarify any disputes.
You may discard the remains after we have processed your claim and sent you a verification email confirming Fisheee.com approves your claim. At this time, a store credit for the purchase price of the qualifying item(s) will be applied to your Fisheee.com in-store account and can be used on future purchases.
Incorrect shipment Policy
As with all Fisheee.com shipments, the container you receive will include a packing slip that clearly contains the size and quantity of aquatic life and or dry good supplies that have been billed to your account. If this packing slip differs from what was received, please notify us immediately.
To take advantage of our guarantee, follow the steps outlined below within the 24hr guarantee timeframe.

Include a digital photo clearly showing all the items you have received laid out on a white background.

Include a digital photo clearly showing all the items you are claiming as incorrect laid out on a white background.
Once we have received and processed your claim, we will send you a verification email confirming so. At this time, a store credit for the purchase price of the qualifying undelivered item(s) will be applied to your Fisheee.com in-store account and can be used on future purchases.

Aquarium and Pond Supplies Returns Policy
Here at Fisheee.com, we are committed to ensuring that you enjoy your purchase and the shopping experience using Fisheee.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your aquarium and or pond supplies purchase upon delivery, you can return it to us within 7 days for a full in-store credit, equal to the actual purchase price paid for the returned item(s).
Please Note:
(1) All store credits will be credited to your in-store account balance and a verification email sent to you upon receipt of each item here at our Fisheee.com offices.
(2) All claims are subject to a Fisheee.com in-store inspection for any missing or damaged components prior to our approval.
Note: Store credits issued are valid for 12 months and will expire 12 months after the date of issue.
Aquarium and Pond Supplies Returns for Warranty Claim Policy
Please Note:
The return of any Aquarium and or Pond Supplies for a warranty claim is limited to 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement as covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
