1. You ordered the shipment thru our Fisheee.com website.

2. You signed for your package within the first delivery attempt.

3. You carefully opened the original shipping box.

4. The livestock item had a loss of life during the shipping process.

5. The Item you are claiming is actually deceased.

6. You submitted a claim to us the same day the delivery arrived!

1. Clearly photograph the deceased specimen in the original unopened shipping bag on a white background.

2. Clearly photograph the deceased specimen out of the shipping bag on a white background.

Note: (Please clearly, layout the number of deceased specimens you are claiming)

3. Clearly photograph the Fisheee.com packing slip that was included with your shipment.
